Leviticus 19:5-7

⁵ When you sacrifice a peace offering to the Lord, you shall do it so that it will be acceptable. ⁶ You shall eat it either on the same day or on the next day. Whatever is left over until the third day should be burned in fire. ⁷ If you were to eat it on the third day, it would be an abomination. It would not be accepted.
